Estate Planning - This is a process by which a person can specify their wishes for the disbursement of their property upon their death. Some lawyers specialize in estate planning, including the drawing up of wills and trusts, and the proper organization of real assets, such as property owned by the individual. Estate planning experts are also well-versed in tax laws pertaining to inheritances, etc.
